The Zazosu Fokedi workshop is delivered as four live online sessions, each covering a distinct aspect of short-term rental hosting. Sessions are spaced to allow time for application between them. The format is interactive, not a pre-recorded video course.
Reading your market's event calendar, identifying true seasonal peaks, setting a floor rate that reflects your costs, and adjusting rates with a system rather than intuition. Covers both manual approaches and tool-assisted methods.
What guests respond to visually and why. Covers staging, lighting, camera settings for non-photographers, how to brief a hired photographer, and which shots to prioritize in your gallery order.
Writing listing copy that communicates clearly to your ideal guest type, surfaces your property in relevant searches, and sets expectations accurately so post-booking friction is reduced.
Automating check-in messaging, building a cleaning handoff system that works without your involvement, and approaching reviews as a long-term reputation tool rather than a reactive task.
