Background and Approach
The workshop curriculum at Zazosu Fokedi grew out of years of direct short-term rental experience, including the period of trial and error that every host goes through before the patterns become clear. The instructor has managed properties through platform algorithm changes, local regulation shifts, and the kind of difficult guest situations that expose weaknesses in your systems quickly.
What came out of that experience is a set of methods that are both practical and repeatable. Not a philosophy. Not a mindset course. Specific things you can do with your listing, your pricing calendar, and your turnover process.
The workshop format was chosen deliberately. Live sessions allow for real-time questions, and the four-session structure gives hosts time to apply what they learn between meetings and return with actual questions based on their own properties.
Teaching Philosophy
Each session begins with a core question that most hosts in that stage of their journey are grappling with. The material answers that question in depth before moving to the next.
Rather than presenting a list of tips, the workshop builds frameworks you can apply across different properties, markets, and platform changes.
